“逃脱大师”的失败几率被确认为1%。这个几率一直存在，并不是2.3对它的一个nerf。如果你觉得你使用此技能的失败几率大于1%，你完全可以去官方网站的BUG区提交一个BUG报告。

Gnome: Escape Artist

The fail rate of Escape Artist is confirmed to be 1%, it's always been here and it's not a 2.3 nerf. However if you feel that it's higher than that you can always post a bug report on the Bug forums.
